been told that it’s kind of like an ice bath, it’s good for muscle regeneration,
for blood flow and to get a lot of the the inflammation out of
your body and help the body to recover for the next day, which for me obviously
is super important especially if I’ve won my match then I’m going to have to play the next day, so try to do everything I can to get my body in optimum condition
for next day’s match.
